As predicted, Tuesday’s club show was something special. For John it was the best show of the tour. It’s wonderful playing to huge festival crowds but nothing beats the intimacy of seeing in your eyes. The bond and unity between the band and the crowd is what performing these songs is all about. Tokyo understood and respected this perfectly. From the very first song till the last you were like a human Tsunami! Full-on. Relentless. Amazing.
